Dub Hut Camper Kitchens can only accept return of goods with the following conditions:
Manufactured units to your specifications cannot be returned due to the bespoke nature of the product. Defects caused through actions of Dub Hut Camper Kitchens will be rectified or replaced as required.
If you are returning your goods because they are faulty or incorrect, no collection fee will be charged.
If you decide to return goods to us after you have started to fit these in your camper, you should remove them from the vehicle and re-package as per delivery for correct return transportation.
Items that arrive damaged will be replaced at no expense to the customer. The item must be returned in its original packaging having not been used, with the manufacturer’s protective covering still attached. Upon inspection of the product, Dub Hut Camper Kitchens will then send a replacement item, as well as a refund for the return postage, within 7 days.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of postage, in an as-new condition. Return postage costs are at the buyer’s expense unless the goods are faulty. Goods must be returned, unused, in their original packaging except faulty goods.
