Terms & Conditions

As with all businesses, we have a set of terms and conditions when dealing with our company. These are

  • Please check the order thoroughly before payment as any alterations to the order after payment will incur additional costs and cause delays.  If you have any questions prior to ordering, please contact the office for help/advice.
  • The seating position after having fitted a kitchen can be reduced due to the length of the kitchen and the fitting position.
  • Upon receipt of your delivery, please check all parts are present and readily available for the installation.
  • Please be advised the colour (ral information) issued on our website may vary slightly due to the downloads and should be used as a guide only.  If you are unsure of the exact colour, please contact Morland or UK Leisure to obtain samples.
  • We cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred due to a delay in delivery, incorrectly cut, or missing parts.  We will solve any manufacturing errors quickly and send out replacement parts at no charge to you, but we will not be liable for delays or costs incurred, including paying extra labour costs as a result of this error.
  • Canceled orders that have been cut to your specification will incur a 25% handling charge plus any handling/freight fees which may have been incurred.
  • Water damage – The edges of the ply can wick water and bubble up.  Any exposed ply edge especially ones that touch the floor are the most vulnerable.  Avoid getting the units wet, check for leaks from the roof seals or water bottles regularly.
  • Apply 2 coats of watered-down D3 waterproof PVA to seal the ply edges with a mini roller and wipe of the excess with a damp rag from the finished faces.  1 part PVA glue:  3 parts water.
  • Standard manufacturing time is between 2 and 6 weeks depending upon the season and current lead times.
  • Every effort will be made to process your order as quickly as possible, however, material supply and machine breakdowns can cause unexpected delays.  Dub Hut Camper Kitchens will not be liable for any losses incurred due to a delay.
  • Dub Hut Camper Kitchens will process your order asap, however, due to the ever-increasing supplier delays, Dub Hut Camper Kitchens cannot be held responsible for delays in product delivery or machine malfunction.  You will be kept updated on progress/date of delivery.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order without explanation.
  • All goods returned are subject to a 15% handling charge.
  • All prices shown include VAT unless otherwise stated.
  • All goods are subject to availability of stock.
  • Although we always attempt to meet quoted deadlines, we are unable to guarantee delivery/collection dates due to operational constraints.
  • Dub Hut Camper Kitchens cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies within our online brochure or website, although every effort has been made to guarantee accuracy.
  • All parts advertised on our website are available via pallet services (subject to availability of stock) or can be collected from our workshop in Ashford, Kent TN26 2NR.
