Overview

All Dub Hut Camper Kitchens are shipped on pallets via Pallex UK standard delivery.  

***The normal delivery window is 10am to 5pm Monday to Friday.  If you require a delivery outside of this window please contact us before placing your order.

Dub Hut Camper Kitchens cannot be held responsible for delays whilst en route using our delivery service. 

Cost of delivery is calculated prior to checkout and added to your final payment.

We will deliver to the address specified upon placing your order.  The location must be within mainland United Kingdom and within our pre-defined delivery areas (which exclude Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands and other areas that we do not serve)  The location must be accessible by road and there must be a person(s) present and available to sign for the delivery.  Should there not be a person(s) present upon delivery 1) Dub Hut Camper Kitchens cannot be held responsible for additional cost incurred or 2) should the kitchen be left in a secure place, Dub Hut Camper Kitchens cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by the elements, location of drop-off.

In the unlikely event of any unforeseen circumstances (including without limitation, lorry breakdown, machine breakdown, technical issues, traffic accidents, major traffic delays or severe weather) we will attempt to contact you to arrange for an alternative delivery time.  Dub Hut Camper Kitchens will not be held responsible for any losses incurred due to a delay in delivery arising from any causes beyond our control.

Upon delivery Dub Hut Camper Kitchens request you examine your delivery for any transportation damage – evidence (photographs of packing must be taken at the time of initial concern), and Dub Hut Camper Kitchens must be advised with immediate effect.

This will not affect your legal right to notify us at a later date if you subsequently find a defect with your goods.  You must let us know about any damage, missing and/or incorrect goods within a reasonable period of time after you have and an opportunity to inspect the goods.  If you refuse to sign the delivery document, this will be taken as a refusal to accept delivery.

Upon receipt of your delivery from Dub Hut Camper Kitchens, you become the owner of the goods and from that point, they will be at your risk.  This means you will be liable for any subsequent damage, loss or destruction.
